These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ClearEarn mobile application and the clearearn.site website (collectively, the "Service"), operated by GIE Consultants Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 6480238) ("ClearEarn", "we", "us", "our").
By creating an account, installing the app, or using any part of the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to create a ClearEarn account and use the App. This minimum age applies to all features — earning, redeeming gift cards, and requesting rewarded (cash) payouts. The 18+ requirement aligns with our payment providers' minimum age and with the app store rating assigned to ClearEarn for real-money-rewards content.
- You confirm your date of birth once at onboarding. We verify your age server-side at signup and again at every payout request — changing your stored date of birth after the fact does not retroactively unlock features.
- If we believe you are under 18, we may suspend or close your account, cancel pending redemptions, and retain limited information necessary to prevent re-registration, comply with law, and protect the Service.
- You must be physically located in one of our supported countries: United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, France, Netherlands, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Switzerland, Austria, Belgium, Australia, New Zealand, or Canada. The list of supported countries may change over time.
- You must be able to provide a verified email address and any recipient details required by our payout providers in order to receive rewards. See Section 4 for the payout-email verification flow.
- You may not use the Service if you are barred from receiving services under applicable laws (including UK, EU, or US sanctions lists).
- One person — one account. Only one (1) account may be linked to any single device.
2. How ClearEarn works
ClearEarn is an ad-funded and offer-funded rewards app. Advertising may be served by third-party advertising networks, including Unity Ads, and sponsored offers may be provided by CPAlead and other offerwall partners. Completion, rejection, reversal, and reward amounts for partner offers are determined by the applicable partner’s tracking systems, advertiser rules, and offer requirements. You may earn in two independent ways:
- Weekly community reward pool — funded from eligible advertising revenue and distributed among active, eligible players based on the activity, streak, bonus, fraud-prevention, and eligibility rules shown in the App.
- Validated partner offers — Points credited when you complete sponsored offers that are successfully validated by our offerwall partner.
ClearEarn retains a portion of revenue to operate the Service. Eligible rewards are credited to your in-app balance in Points. Unless the App states otherwise, 100 Points currently equals US $1.00 before any local-currency conversion, provider fees, or currency charges shown at redemption.
Watching ads inside our games may grant in-app gameplay boosts, such as a revive, extra life, or temporary score multiplier. Watching an ad does not credit cash or Points. Points may be redeemed as a gift card or rewarded payout once the relevant minimum threshold is reached — see Section 4. Points are visible inside the App, and the applicable redemption value, local-currency conversion, and any provider or currency charges are shown before you confirm withdrawal.
No guaranteed earnings. Your actual rewards depend on factors outside our control, including but not limited to: the size of the weekly community reward pool, eligible advertising revenue, the number of active players in a given week, your activity and bonuses, offer availability, partner validation, advertiser approval, your country or location, fraud checks, and market conditions. The weekly reward pool varies from week to week and may be small or unavailable. We do not guarantee any minimum reward, any particular offer availability, or any minimum total income.
3. How you earn
There are two independent earning paths. They use different formulas and do not stack.
Eligible users who complete offers on consecutive days may earn a higher bonus on all their earnings — including partner offers and the weekly community reward pool. The current bonus applicable to your account is shown in the App.
3.1 Weekly community reward pool. Each week, ClearEarn may place a share of eligible advertising revenue into a community reward pool and distribute it among active, eligible players. Whether you qualify, and how much you receive, depends on the activity, streak, bonus, fraud-prevention, country-availability, and eligibility rules shown in the App for that earning period.
We may change future eligibility criteria, calculation methods, pool sizes, caps, and distribution schedules, acting reasonably and on reasonable notice through the App or clearearn.site. Changes do not reduce Points already credited to your wallet except where required by law, provider reversal, manifest error, fraud, abuse, duplicate crediting, chargeback, or breach of these Terms. The size of each weekly pool and any reward credited to you are shown in the App. The weekly community reward pool is funded from eligible advertising revenue. Watching ads inside games gives the stated in-game boost and does not credit cash or Points.
3.2 Offerwall. ClearEarn uses CPAlead and may use other offerwall partners to make sponsored offers available in the App. Offers may include app installs, game trials, surveys, registrations, subscriptions, purchases, or other advertiser-defined actions, depending on your country and eligibility.
Each offer displays the Points amount available for that offer before you start. Points are credited only when CPAlead or the applicable offerwall partner confirms a valid completion through its tracking or postback systems. We do not credit Points merely because an offer was clicked, opened, attempted, or self-reported as completed.
If the partner validates your completion, the Points amount shown for that offer at the time you started it will be credited to your wallet, subject to offer rules, fraud checks, duplicate-completion rules, tracking confirmation, and possible provider or advertiser reversal. No ClearEarn platform deduction is applied at credit time. The Points-to-USD rate, currently 100 Points = US $1.00 before local-currency conversion, applies at redemption.
3.3 Missing offer credits, disputes, and reversals. If an offer does not credit, you must submit a support request within 14 days of attempting the offer, including the offer name, date, screenshots, confirmation emails, and any other evidence reasonably requested. We will review the issue and may raise it with the offerwall partner, but Points are credited only where the partner confirms a valid completion.
A credited offer may be withheld, corrected, or reversed if CPAlead, another offerwall partner, or the advertiser reports fraud, duplication, cancellation, refund, chargeback, advertiser non-payment, incomplete completion, breach of offer rules, tracking error, use of VPN/proxy or other anonymising tools, or any other invalid activity. Where reasonably possible, we will show the reversal or adjustment in your wallet history.
3.4 Third-party offer terms. Sponsored offers are provided by third-party partners and advertisers, not by ClearEarn. Before starting an offer, you are responsible for reading the offer's requirements, eligibility rules, cancellation rules, subscription or trial terms, and privacy notices. If an offer involves a subscription, purchase, trial, app install, or account registration, your relationship with the advertiser is governed by the advertiser's own terms and privacy policy. ClearEarn is not responsible for cancelling third-party subscriptions or accounts on your behalf.
4. Payouts
4.1 Payout email verification. Before your first rewarded cash payout, where this option is available, you must confirm the email address or payment-provider account where you want to receive the payout. We send a one-time link to that address; tapping the link proves you control the inbox and unlocks the cash-payout option in the App. You may change the verified address at any time by repeating the verification flow. Gift-card redemptions do not require this separate step — they are sent to the email on file for your account.
Cash payouts are optional and may be unavailable, manual, delayed, subject to additional verification, or withdrawn in any country at any time for future redemptions. For questions about cash payout availability, contact us at Service@clearearn.site.
The payout email is collected separately from your sign-in email because your payment-provider account often uses a different inbox. The two are intentionally decoupled and may differ.
For rewarded (cash) payouts, you must also provide the full name on your payment-provider account and confirm, by ticking the box shown during the payout process, that it matches that account. We send cash payouts to the name and account you provide. If the name does not match your payment-provider account, the payout may be delayed, rejected, or reversed, and we are not responsible for funds sent according to the details you confirmed. We may also require age or identity verification before processing a cash payout.
4.2 Redemption options. You can redeem eligible Points in the ways shown inside the App. Redemption options may vary by country, provider availability, fraud checks, and account status. Both options are initiated from inside the App. Each has its own minimum:
- Gift card — choose from a curated set of popular brands at the moment of redemption.
- Minimum: 500 eligible Points, currently US $5.00 before any local-currency conversion
- Typically delivered within minutes.
- Rewarded payout — funds sent to your verified payout email or payment-provider account, depending on the provider and country.
- Minimum: 1,000 eligible Points, currently US $10.00 before any local-currency conversion
- Usually processed within 1–5 working days after verification and fraud checks.
Additional conditions that apply to all payouts:
- Payouts are processed via regulated third-party payment providers. Your relationship with the payment provider is governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy. We may add, change, or replace payout providers in the future.
- The Points-to-local-currency rate is shown to you at the moment of withdrawal and applies to that single transaction.
- You are solely responsible for any taxes owed on amounts received. ClearEarn does not withhold tax.
- We may request information reasonably required for tax, accounting, sanctions, fraud-prevention, or payment-provider compliance. If you do not provide it, we may be unable to process a redemption.
- Reward availability, denominations, delivery times, and redemption options vary by country and provider. A reward shown in one country or at one time may not be available later.
- Payouts that cross a cumulative-lifetime threshold or that trigger our fraud-detection systems may be placed on hold for additional review. Such payouts may take longer to process while we complete the necessary checks.
- We may delay, reduce, cancel, or reverse a payout or pending redemption if we reasonably suspect fraud, bot activity, multi-accounting, use of VPN/proxy or other anonymising tools to misrepresent location, provider reversal, duplicate crediting, chargeback, manifest error, advertiser rejection, incomplete offer completion, or breach of these Terms.
- Balances remain in your account unless removed or adjusted under these Terms. If you do not log in for 12 consecutive months, we may treat your account as dormant. Where we have a valid email address, we will try to give at least 30 days’ notice before archiving a dormant account. Archived balances can be restored on request within 6 months, subject to verification, fraud checks, provider reversals, and applicable law.
4.3 Gift cards and reward links. Gift cards and reward links are issued by third-party providers and merchants, subject to their own terms, availability, denominations, expiry rules, region restrictions, and redemption conditions. We are not responsible for a merchant refusing, suspending, or changing a gift card except where required by law. Once a valid reward link or gift card is delivered to the email address on your account, it is treated as fulfilled unless we determine there was a delivery error caused by us.
5. Daily limits and caps
Daily ad caps, offer availability limits, partner limits, payout-review limits, and minimum cooldown periods between ad views may apply and are displayed in the App where relevant. We may adjust these limits for future activity to protect the integrity, economics, and legal compliance of the Service. ClearEarn does not promise that ads, offers, or earning opportunities will be available at all times.
6. Fraud and account termination
We operate multiple layers of automated and manual fraud detection on reward claims, ad activity, offer completions, referrals, wallet activity, and payout requests. These include device-integrity verification, IP-reputation scoring (which flags requests originating from VPNs, datacenter networks, and known anonymising proxies), country and geographic-consistency checks, rate-limiting on a per-user, per-device, and per-IP basis, and statistical anomaly detection on wallet earning rates. Where these systems flag a request, the system records a detailed log entry for subsequent operator review.
We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate accounts, void unpaid balances, and reverse payouts if we have reasonable grounds to believe the account is involved in:
- Using automated tools, scripts, or bots to generate ad views or offer completions
- Creating or using more than one account per physical device
- Misrepresenting your location or identity by any means (including the use of VPNs, proxies, or other anonymising networks while attempting to redeem)
- Submitting a false date of birth at signup or attempting to change it to bypass the age-eligibility rules in Section 1
- Creating fraudulent referrals (e.g., referring accounts you also control)
- Any other behaviour reasonably characterised as reward farming, fraud, abuse, forced clicks, misleading offer activity, automated traffic, incentivised activity not permitted by an offer’s rules, or attempts to manipulate ad, offerwall, referral, wallet, or payout systems
When fraud is suspected, we may take one or more of the following actions:
- Freeze the account balance pending investigation
- Void earnings attributed to the suspected fraudulent activity
- Permanently ban the device and any associated accounts
Appeals. If you believe your account has been incorrectly flagged, email service@clearearn.site with the subject line "Account Review Request". We will respond within 5 business days. During a review, your balance is frozen but not voided. If the investigation finds no wrongdoing, any withheld earnings will be released in full.
7. Referrals
Each registered user may receive a unique referral code. When a new user signs up using your code, they may be linked to your account as a referred user. Any referral reward — its form, amount, eligibility criteria, and conditions — is shown in the App and may change for future referrals, acting reasonably and with notice. Referral rewards apply only to valid accounts that remain in good standing. If a referred account is terminated, reversed, or flagged for fraud, multi-accounting, duplicate device use, age ineligibility, or breach of these Terms, the related referral reward may be withheld, removed, or reversed.
8. Changes to the Service and economy
ClearEarn is an evolving Service. We may:
- Modify future share rates, reward-pool formulas, bonuses, caps, thresholds, supported countries, provider availability, and eligibility rules with reasonable notice
- Add, remove, or change games, features, ad partners, and payout methods
- Temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance
- Discontinue the Service entirely, with at least 30 days' notice where reasonably practicable, during which balances above the minimum threshold may be redeemed
We will not reduce Points already credited to your wallet solely because of a future change to the Service economy, except where adjustment is required by law, provider reversal, manifest error, fraud, abuse, duplicate crediting, chargeback, advertiser rejection, or breach of these Terms.
9. Nature of the Service
ClearEarn is a loyalty and rewards app. Points are promotional rewards and are not wages, e-money, a deposit, securities, cryptocurrency, stored monetary value, or an investment product. ClearEarn does not provide financial services, gambling, betting, lottery, employment, or tax services. Nothing in the Service should be understood as a guarantee of income, employment, investment return, or financial gain.
Points are promotional reward units, are not electronic money, deposits, stored value, securities, or legal tender, and have no cash value outside the Service until successfully redeemed through an available redemption method. Points cannot be sold, transferred, assigned, traded, or exchanged outside the Service.
Points are not sold by ClearEarn and cannot be purchased in the App. Points are earned only through eligible activity, valid offer completions, promotional awards, or ClearEarn’s reward-pool distributions. Some third-party offers may involve purchases, subscriptions, deposits, or other costs with the advertiser, but those payments are made to the third party and do not constitute a purchase of Points from ClearEarn.
ClearEarn is not gambling, betting, a lottery, or a game of chance. You do not pay to enter, stake money, or wager anything to earn rewards. Rewards are based on eligible activity, advertising revenue, and valid offer completions and subject to these Terms and conditions.
10. Intellectual property
The ClearEarn name, brand, logo, games, code, and UI are owned by ClearEarn and protected by copyright and trademark law. You receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for its intended purpose. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that specific earnings amounts will be achievable. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClearEarn's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount paid out to you in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) £100. This limitation does not limit any obligation to pay or restore valid, already-credited, non-fraudulent Points or rewards that are properly payable under these Terms and not subject to provider reversal, chargeback, manifest error, or legal restriction.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, save that if you are a consumer resident in another country, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence where required by mandatory consumer protection law.
14. Consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or equivalent legislation in your country of residence.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the app or via email to registered users at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
16. Your privacy
We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, including account details, age-confirmation information, device and fraud signals, offerwall activity, and reward-recipient details.
17. Account closure
You may request account closure by contacting us at service@clearearn.site. If you close your account, unredeemed Points below the minimum redemption threshold may be forfeited, unless applicable law requires otherwise. We may retain limited records where required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.
